C#/C++ Developer
  • C#/C++ Programmer. 2-5yrs Experience Preferred.
  • Knowledge of alarm/security industry and redundant networking environments are a plus.
  • English language skills required for customer assistance.
  • Should have excellent team working skills
  • Must have strong knowledge of C#.NET and ability of learning new things.
  • Should have experience with LINQ or SQL, and Web Applications.
  • Experience in .NET 4.0 is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Experience in Subversion or revision control products is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Experience in bug/ticket systems is a plus, not a requirement.
Network Support Technician
  • Applicant should have thorough understanding of fault tolerant network environments such as Novell NetWare SFTIII and Stratus products.
  • Familiarity with various PC operating systems (XP, Windows 7, etc.), and hardware platforms (HP, Dell, others).
  • Applicant should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high activity environment.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Exchange Servers, OCS, SCCM, and SMTP protocols
  • Understanding of Network administration, Firewall, VPN, etc.
  • Possess good problem solving skills. Must have technical skills and the ability to understand and interpret technical issues and trouble shoot and resolve issues
  • Ability to write clearly and communicate information and ideas.
  • Knowledge of McAfee Anti Virus Software and other security Softwares.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites product.
  • Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
  • Some travel may be required as well as ability to train customers in person.
  • Applicant must have a firm understanding of network principles and be able to look past marketing hype to find what works best for the customer.
  • Spanish language skills an extra bonus.
IT Support Technician
  • To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email and chat from the customers worldwide and assisting them with using our software packages.
  • Applicant should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high activity environment.
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • To take ownership of user problems and be pro-active when dealing with user issues.
  • Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
  • Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
  • Some travel may be required as well as ability to train customers in person.
  • To support users remotely.
  • Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
  • To escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member.
  • To notify relevant staff to arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house.
  • Experience in bug/ticket systems is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Carry out daily client systems checks, reporting to Technical Director where necessary.
  • Produce reports on clients’ systems when they require.
  • Update client files using Live update.
  • Be responsible for in-house system back-ups.
  • Experience in alarm/security industry,redundant networking environments, hardware experience or Spanish speaking are all a plus.
  • Posession of Central Station Alarm Association Operator Training certification a plus.
