Ken Utley , President

The heart and soul of SIMS since the beginning. Ken is the programmer of our SIMS I, SIMS II, Telelogik and VaporPaper (DOS) applications. Prior to SIMS, he held several other positions in the alarm industry developing products that helped shape alarm panels into what they've become today. Kim Utley , VP Development

With SIMS from almost the beginning, he is currently the programmer for the SIMS for Windows application, FormWriter, ComServer, SIMS Accounting Engine, Telelogik for Windows and SIMSSql applications. He also writes most of the conversion programs and has probably written hundreds of utility programs for our customers. Kim also is responsible for the SIMS COM/DLL Objects that the v3 of the SIMS products use for database access. Contact Details

 

Keith Utley , VP Sales/Marketing

Joining his brothers a couple years after SIMS got started, he handles the business end of things. A gourmet chef before joining SIMS, he keeps things running like a five star restaurant. He has a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He worked as Chef for 17 years in various restaurants and hotels, was Chef Garde Manager at the Chaparral Club in down-town Dallas before coming to SIMS. Contact Details

 

Dixie Vasquez , Director of Technical Support and Training

Joining SIMS in 1999, she is one of the front line personnel who handles your inquiries whether support or sales related. She specializes in the FormWriter and ComServer product lines in addition to all the monitoring products. She also handles most of the customer training on-site and in our office. Tom Utley , Network Installation Technician and Programmer

Joining SIMS in 2004, he is responsible for the set-up and testing of all customer computers that come to our office. He also assists the support staff with network related questions/problems and does on-site installation services for customers requiring assistance in their facility. He maintains the SIMS Pocket iPhone/iPad product and is also a CSAA Certified Operator Level I. Contact Details

 

Susie Stringer , Sr. Customer Support Technician

She is one of the front line personnel who handles your inquiries whether support or sales related. She previously worked at SIMS for 14 years and has recently re-joined our staff. Joining SIMS in 2015, Sarah came from a Central Station that used SIMSII Dos and SIMSIII for Windows, so she has operator/real world experience with these SIMS Products. She has also been involved in the testing and set up of the new SIMS Dispatch and SIMSWeb4 products. The Yorkie is the official mascot and guard dog at SIMS. You'll spot her on the webcams sleeping while the rest of us work unless someone dares to come in our front door.
