Keith Utley

Joining his brothers a couple years after SIMS got started, he handles the business end of things. A gourmet chef before joining SIMS, he keeps things running like a five star restaurant. He has a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He worked as Chef for 17 years in various restaurants and hotels, was Chef Garde Manager at the Chaparral Club in down-town Dallas before coming to SIMS.
